Add dashboard.tsx adapted for UnifiedAlert API

- getAiAlertStream -> getDetectionAlertStream
- Remove unused AlertLog import from AIDetectionTypes
- Guard attack_type null check before updating attackTypeCounts
- Time locale zh-TW -> en-GB for chart axis labels
- statsCards color prop removed (unused field)
